South of Sundsvall

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. A spacious house near Sundsvall, 1.5 km to Njurundabommen where shops and buses are available. A few kilometers to the sea and a nice beach, proximity to the sea and the forest around the house. The plot is large with lots of play area and 4 different patios. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. There is another room, where you can sleep on an air mattress/sofa. There are 2 toilets, one with a bathtub/shower. The space I have an alarm with a camera. The alarm is not on when you are staying with me and then the camera is not running. The camera starts when the alarm is on and the alarm goes off.
