Full of amenities: tennis/pools (outdoor and heated)/sauna/steam/hot tub/gym/football/basketball/playground/baby care/cafe-restaurant/party halls/bbq/beauty salon/gardens/lakes/fish. Beach service (beach lounge chairs/beach umbrella in front of the Resort) beach amenities. The space The apartment is furnished in a practical, functional, modern way so you can enjoy the large space without being very full of furniture and well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils so that you have all the comfort you want for a beautiful stay in the privileged area of Rio de Janeiro Guest access The entire apartment is fully at your disposal. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll need to send me a guest's identity scan. To authorize them to occupy all common areas of the condominium it is necessary to sign a simple (1 sheet) contract required by the Resort. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, normal check-in and check-out times are at 2:00 pm. But they communicate to me according to your needs and we will try to adjust the cleaning times or you can leave your bags at the front desk and wait in some area of the Resort or in the surroundings while cleaning is done. It is possible to leave the luggage with the reception staff some hours before check-in time or after check-out, if required for their convenience. You can also enter your car and park a few hours before and after check out. It is only necessary to let me know this need in advance for me to coordinate with the Resort's front desk. The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 7 adults + 1 infant. It has a toddler bed in the master bedroom. The basic fee includes 6 guests. If there are 7 guests, an additional fee is paid. Infants or children up to 5 years old, have no additional charge. Other things to note the reception and maintenance staff of the condominium is available 24 hours a day for any support that may be required or in case it is necessary to leave the suitcases before the check-in time or after the check-out, for your comfort and with absolute security.
