The Petit Topazis an intimate villa with a king bed and bathroom downstairs and a living/dining area with kitchenette and day bed in the loft upstairs. Private courtyard with lounge chairs and jacuzzi. Steps to the beach, with access to a private swimming pool and shared use of tennis/basketball courts, gym, kayaks, snorkel gear and beach furniture. Daily maid service, continental breakfast and concierge service included. Perfect for a couple, friends or a small family. Altamer is about a 20 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins from the ferry terminal. Many popular restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches, along with a Greg Norman Signature Championship golf course are all within a 10 mins driver of the property. Taxis can be easily arranged by the concierge, but some guests prefer to rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay. Parking is available on site. Boat excursions can be booked to nearby off shore cays as well as to the nearby islands of St Martin or St Barth's. There is a 13% Goods and ServicesTax and 10% service charge on top of the listed rates. There is no restaurant on site, however there is a small kitchenette in the Petit Topaz where guests can prepare their own meals and plentiful dining options nearby. Just a short walk down the beach is a wonderful Italian Restaurant, Trattoria Tramonto which is open for lunch and dinner in season. Just in front of Petit Topaz is Antilles Pearl, a 5-bedroom villa which may be occupied by other guests. Access to the beach, gym and tennis courts is shared. For ease of access, beach chairs are set up about 100 meters to the right of the villa.
