MAIN FLOOR: Step into a bright, open-plan living area where you can gather with your group. The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area that seats up to 10, and a cozy family room with a 50" Smart TV, board games, and books. French doors open to a large deck with an electric grill and seating, perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets. This level includes two bedrooms: • A large king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a 40" TV. • A second king bedroom with a neighboring full bathroom. LOWER LEVEL: The fun continues downstairs in the recreation room, complete with a 6-foot pool table, classic arcade games, and a comfortable sectional for movie nights on the 70" Smart TV. This level also houses the laundry room, equipped with two dryers for your convenience. The town of Stanley, with a grocery store and dining options, is just 5 minutes away. You are also conveniently located just 13-15 minutes from the town of Luray and the famous Luray Caverns, and about 25 minutes from the Thornton Gap Entrance to Shenandoah National Park. ★★House Rules To ensure a peaceful experience for all, we have a few important rules: This cabin is for quiet and relaxing getaways and is not suitable for parties or groups larger than 10 people. Up to three well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 75 lbs are welcome with a $75 pet fee per stay. Sorry, no cats are allowed under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and will result in a $500 cleaning fee. You may smoke outdoors, but please dispose of all butts properly. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire cabin. Other things to note ★ Outdoor grill is electric. ★ Smart Home: Enjoy keyless entry with a smart lock. The home is also equipped with a Nest thermostat for your comfort. ★Internet & TV: The cabin has fast 5G Wi-Fi.
