Each of the homes located on the property have been recently renovated with thoughtfully curated details such as new kitchen countertops, new flooring, new doors, new windows, updated roof, new paint, new patio/outdoor furniture, stainless steel appliances, and landscaping as well as new interior and exterior light fixtures. We also have great entertainment value; our living room comes equipped with a smart TV and a Bluetooth sound bar. This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car! No extra guests other than the ones listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside away from the house. Please be mindful of smoke coming inside the house. If in the event we smell smoke after your stay you will be assessed an additional deep cleaning fee of $200 as a courteously to our future guests.
