We look forward to Hosting You.We do accept dogs 40# limit The space This is equipped with 1/queen bed, 1/pull out couch for additional guest. 1/bathroom, kitchenette fully equipped with 2 burner cook top with child safety lock, tea kettle, pots, pans, glassware, silverware, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, toaster, coffee cups refrigerator (mid size) hand sanitizer.Bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover towelettes, and extra towels (hand, face cloths, bath towels) It has its own laundry room equipped with washer dryer, ironing board, iron, detergent and dryer sheets. Beach towels and sunscreen are located on the bottom of towel rack in bathroom. Beach chairs and beach umbrella located in the laundry room. Our hope is that you feel right at home. Studio apartment has its own entrance and exit with keyless entry which is entirely different from the house. Fenced in backyard which also has its own entrance. Left side of driveway is the parking area for the Studio Apartment. Right side of driveway is the parking area for the 2/bedroom home. Other things to note There is a $40.00 pet fee ( no cats please) pets are not allowed on the furniture. Maximum of 2 dogs weight limit 50 lbs.more or less
