Welcome to our charming Cap Hill apartment with incredible views of Lake Union, we’re also set back on I-5. There is slight noise from inside but hasn’t been an issue. If you are extremely sensitive to noise this may not be the best place for you! We also are located on one of the 7 hills in Seattle. There are several stairs to the building and a few more stairs to the unit. If you want an unforgettable experience, book this vibrant & quaint stay! Quick access to Seattle/Eastside. The space A perfect urban escape on a residential street & located, minutes to restaurants & shops in Downtown & Cap Hill. You’ll love the quaint, cozy feel & has all you need to get started for a long or short stay! Fully stocked kitchen with all you need to get started with your stay! One queen size bed. One hide-a-bed. Dining table can be adjusted for work/stand desk or to eat and enjoy a meal. Living room has the hide-a-bed you’ll need to move the coffee table to unfold. Smaller table by the living room windows for great views and morning coffee or reading. Full bathroom with a tub. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Please note that the building is located on one of Seattle's iconic hills and requires climbing several stairs to reach both the building and the unit. There is street parking available for this unit. **Please note: The west side of the street is open street parking. The east side requires a pass. Other things to note Views: Enjoy stunning views of South Lake Union and the Space Needle from the apartment's living room windows. Noise: The apartment is set back along I-5, and while there may be slight noise inside, it hasn’t been an issue for most guests. However, if you are extremely sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit. Stairs: The unit is located on one of Seattle’s iconic seven hills, Capitol Hill.
