Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags. The space Our studio is located on a private property next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 in a cozy and pleasant atmosphere to accommodate workers preferably or travelers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The kitchen includes a table with four chairs, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (160 x 200), coffee table, rattan armchair, TV, curtains and drapes, ceiling fan. The living room opens onto a private and furnished terrace so you can enjoy your evenings in peace. A BBQ will be available if needed. Bedroom with 90 bed, wardrobe and small desk. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors, sink, toilet and towel dryer. Unlimited Wi-Fi access. Household products will be provided to keep the studio as clean as it was when you arrived. No toiletries will be provided except toilet paper and towels. Breakfast per person per day included: - Coffee, tea and milk - Bread, crispbread, butter, homemade jam and honey - Seasonal fruits Guest access We'll welcome you to take a tour of the studio and get to know you. Other things to note Tara, our English Setter, is a 13-year-old female who is adorable with our guests. She spends her life in the fields next door or sleeping in her basket. We also have 4 hens for fresh morning eggs (no rooster crowing).
