The villa is split into 5 units that are entered completely separately with each bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and private terrace and fast FIBER net. Common areas: the swimming pool and the roof terrace upstairs. Private parking downstairs. NO breakfast. The space This unit is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and bedroom with a view of your private breakfast spot on the terrace just in front of the pool. Guest access Through the central gate at the top of the street after reporting to the host, no spontaneous access is possible for the safety of the guests. Other things to note No smoking in the room, but outside, and we can't receive party people but... only good vibes! At check-in, you will receive the keys, where a photo will be taken and forwarded to myself (see info room). At check-out, it is important that when handing over the keys to the person on site, a photo is sent back to myself.
