Cozy 3 Bedroom in Downtown Old Town | Metro

Welcome to my home! Enjoy your stay at a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home a quarter block from King St & walking distance of everything in Old Town. We offer a full kitchen and fantastic space for family or friends. 5-minute walk to the King St Metro for DC access. This is my home so ask that you treat it as such! Most importantly, we hope you enjoy your stay in Old Town! Let me know if you need anything before your stay, more than happy to share my favorites over five years of living here. The space Three bedrooms (two queens, one full). The upstairs rooms share a bathroom and shower (tub) while the downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. Feel free to message me about street parking passes for your stay! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are fully furnished for a great group space. We also offer a baby gate and dog kennel at the home. The living room couch is pretty large for sleeping or relaxing. We have an iron, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, basic cooking equipment and a few spices. Please let me know if you are curious if the space has anything you may need, or want me to pick up. For pets - we ask that your pet(s) is trained and do your best to limit them on the couch and beds. If anything happens, let us know -- we understand! We do have an outdoor Ring camera that faces the back entrance for safety & security. Guest access The entire house will be yours to use aside from two small private storage rooms we have locked and the attic, which is also closed off with a lock. I know the ladder is tempting, but please keep off :) Other things to note Access to the home will be via keypad through the backyard. I will message the code to you privately ahead of time. We ask that our guests only use the backyard area for entry/exit.
