The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and the dining area is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family. Our bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. After that, We provide salt and snow shovels in the garage. Due to our cleaners' unwillingness to shovel snow and clear driveways, and the homeowner not living near the listing, it is you, the guests' responsibility to shovel snow off the driveway should any more snowfall during your stay. Also, we are not responsible for road conditions, trouble getting to and from house, inclines, etc. Please have appropriate tires, and check current weather conditions when planning your winter travels to Utah. Guest access Entire home, except where otherwise marked (i.e. utility closets) Other things to note *DO NOT book this place if you have more than 4 vehicles. You are not allowed to park on the street. All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway. *Expectation for 5-Star Reviews: We take our reviews very seriously. Please make sure our amenities and property is something you actually want to book. Do not leave us a bad review because you didn’t like something that we never promised (I.e. we only have two TVs in the house, but you wish there was one in every bedroom; We only have a small ironing board but you wish we had a large one etc) please don’t get upset with us for things we didn’t promise! However, If there is something that would make you stay more comfortable i.e. mixing bowls for the kitchen, extra glasses, broken toaster that needs replaced, etc., please message us to fix it! Do not just leave us a bad review without reaching out to us first!
