Accommodation located at the foot of the "Place de la Mare" stop of Tramway lines 1 and 2. Not far from the historic center of Caen (shops, shopping, discoveries, restaurants...). The space Quiet studio, independent access with rooftop views, TV, Wi-Fi. Fitted kitchen, equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, shower room with toilet. This studio consists of a 140*190 double bed with storage bins under the bed. The cleaning price includes cleaning and the supply of linen (Large towel provided per person, sheets, floor mats, dish towel...). During your stay, we provide you with all the consumables to start your stay in the best conditions (shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towels...). If you're staying longer, consider restocking 😉 Guest access Entire place Upon confirmation, a link will be sent to you with all the check-in instructions to enter the accommodation independently. It will be available the day before your arrival. Check-in is after 5:00 p.m. (luggage drop-off available from 1:00 p.m.) independently. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
