Conveniently located between Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Glendale, and Downtown LA. The bungalow is cleaned and sanitized after every stay. We recently purchased the property but it was previously on Airbnb with 86 reviews. The space This clean and cozy studio comes complete with a full-sized bed, small kitchenette, sparkling clean bathroom, and functional office area. After a full day of exploring the neighborhood and all that LA has to offer, step outside the bungalow into a lush garden of succulents and trees. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside and have a glass of wine under the stars. Guest access The bungalow has a separate entrance and its own keypad for no contact check in. The yard is a shared space. Other things to note Please no smoking on the property and no pets either, sorry! We are in a residential area with great families as neighbors so please no parties. Parking is limited on the street at night, we recommend taking an UBER or LYFT when possible. We have friendly dogs but they stay in the house most of the time.
