Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including the private terrace and all advertised amenities. Other things to note House Rules: Parties are not allowed. Additional charges may apply for any rule violations. Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances on or near the property is strictly prohibited. Charges of up to £500 may apply. No pets allowed. Only registered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Please keep noise, including TV volume, to a minimum. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Late check-out without prior agreement may incur a fee. Take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a minimum £100 charge, and a £50 call-out fee applies if locked out. Please wear indoor shoes or slippers where possible. If anything breaks, let us know so it can be replaced promptly.
