The space Situated on the first floor, this elegant and bright apartment has lovely views from every room. It is peaceful and tastefully decorated, making for a relaxing retreat. --The Living/Dining Room-- The living/dining room is bright and spacious with double doors leading out onto the terrace. It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind so you can relax on the sink-in sofa in front of the TV, or enjoy a nice meal at the dining table. --The Kitchen-- The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, including fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and utensils. --The Bedrooms-- The master bedroom includes a huge super-king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, a beautiful en suite bathroom with an amazing chromotherapy shower, and double doors leading out onto the terrace! The second bedroom contains a very comfortable double bed, with lovely views of the trees in front of the property. There is a dedicated workspace and plenty of storage, with a chest or drawers and a shelving unit. --The Terrace-- The large terrace has a comfortable seating area, with great views of the treetops in this green, leafy neighbourhood. Enjoy this tranquil apartment with a touch of luxury. Guest access This property offers easy contactless self-check in/out and the entire place is yours alone to enjoy! We will be contactable on Airbnb messenger for any queries throughout your stay, and our dedicated guest team are on hand to provide support 24/7. Other things to note • Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. • Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. • No pets allowed • No unregistered guests allowed • Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume • Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when you are not there. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. • A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. • Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible • If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
