The space The house has: - a bright double bedroom equipped with a very comfortable memory mattress, wardrobe, dresser and balcony overlooking the valley and the Castle of Rocca Sinibalda; - a 2nd bedroom with a bridge wardrobe and single bed with the possibility of adding another single bed; - fully equipped kitchen; - bathroom with shower; - hallway; Towels and bed linens are provided. The house is equipped with an armored front door and all windows are equipped with insect screens. Professional cleaning and high standards of hygiene. Guest access Access to the house is independent and on the ground floor, without obstacles for the disabled. The interior on one level has been designed, organized and furnished with new furniture to be comfortable and welcoming. The entrance gate opens onto a large courtyard fenced on all sides (in summer partially shaded by a pergola of American vines) and from which you can access a well-kept garden with a barbecue area and a large table and chairs with the possibility of eating outdoors.
