Conveniently located next to the cycle path, you can access the ocean (2 km) or the lake (2.5 km) easily and quickly. Several Lacanau golf courses are also nearby. Parking is available on the property and also free on the street. You access the house via a large entrance with space to store beach gear, bicycles, etc. From there, you continue towards the living room where a staircase leads to the garden level area. The living room is equipped with a sofa area opening onto a first terrace with a game area for children.
