Quiet apartment for music lovers

I am offering accomodation in a flat, which is located in ground floor of two-generation house. On first floor lives my friendly family which you can sometimes meet on common corridor. But flat on ground floor (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilette) is all yours. There are also 2 cats on the first floor. The space When you enter the house through the main entrance, on right side you have entrance to living room and next to it entrance to kitchen. On left side you have entrance to bedroom and next to it entrance to bathroom and next to it toilette. In bedroom you can find big double bed. Two guests can sleep here, other two guests can sleep in living room on sofa bed. In bedroom is also guitar, electric piano, worktable with keyboard, mouse, monitor with VGA interface and speakers with jack 3,5 mm interface. Feel free to use them. For switching on/off monitor use remote control which is nearby. Feel free to make coffee or tea in fully equipped kitchen. In living room you have TV and two remote controls. For TV control use the smaller one, for set-top-box use the bigger one. Under the TV you can find board and other games, blankets, vacuum cleaner and iron. Water in bathroom is heated up by boiler with 75 liters capacity. After releasing all warm water it takes 2 to 3 hours to reheat new water.
