Unique boat house at the Ukonniemi Vineyard

Welcome to a unique boat house by a clear water lake! The boat house is equipped with modern appliances. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay! The space Boat house is a two-story building. In the second level you will have an open space with a kitchen, sleeping and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom there are a shower, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer. Towels, bed linen and shampoo are included in the price. Workstation is equipped with a 27 inch screen, HDMI cable, keyboard and mouse. There's a free WIFI for your use. The ground level is a big open living space. There are sliding doors both to the direction of the lake and garden. You can feel the nature when you are here! Outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The long pier goes along to beach. You have sunbeds in your use too. In a separate building there's a traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna for your use only. There are also two bikes and a rowing boat free to use. There are also two SUP boards for rent. You can rent then once you check in. Prices are starting from 20 € / day / board. Boat house is located in the Ukonniemi Vineyard. We are located approx. 5 kilometres from the Kesälahti center. In Kesälahti there are following services: - grocery stores - pharmacy - bank - cafés - gas station - culture center Sovintola - railway station Other things to note We are a German-Finnish couple, Johannes and Maarit, living at the Ukonniemi Vineyard. The main house, our home, is in on the same property, but further away from the lake. You can communicate with Maarit in Finnish and English and with Johannes in German and English.
