Our oceanview retreat is a special place. The stunning views, private balcony, and vinyl player with vintage records create a cozy ambiance. The fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated office space, and fast wifi make it perfect for work or vacation! The fenced-in front yard and hidden beach access provide a sense of privacy and adventure. "Ann," written as '안' in Korean, means 'peaceful' and 'tranquil.' We have designed this place so you and your family can relax away from your daily mundane. Enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean from the living room, dining, and kitchen. The dining table seats six people comfortably, with additional seating on the island. The fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, stove, and dishwasher allows you to cook your heart out if that's your thing! The extra office space is designed so that you can work remotely if you need to. My wife and I often sit in the office with our music (our current favorite is Chet Baker), sipping coffee and watching the waves. You can read your book here, journal, meditate, or practice yoga (yoga mat provided) while enjoying the view! There are two queen-sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom shares a similar view as the living room and has its own bathroom. The second bedroom provides a cozy ambiance and will be perfect for people who like to sleep in (who doesn't?). The third sleeping room has one twin bunk bed and a pull-out bed. Super fun room for friends or kids! Enjoy the day at the beach, which is less than a 5-minute drive from the house. You can also walk through a hidden passage if you don't mind a short but steep hike. There are small cafes and restaurants where you can grab your latte (or fish tacos!) by the beach. By the end of the day, sit out on the patio with cozy blankets. The sunset view from our patio is absolutely unparalleled. You may even spot a bald eagle that is nested nearby! On colder days, snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy the view from the living room. With the windows open, you can hear the sounds of the waves. Guest access All areas of the house are accessible to guests except the garage. Other things to note While we welcome your children of all ages, please remember that this house is not baby/child-proof. Adult supervision is required in all parts of the house. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their properties while staying at the Ann house.
