The apartment is situated in the heart of the city which is now a contrasting mix of modern developments against a backdrop of cobbled streets, historic buildings and interesting architecture which remains much the same as they were hundreds of years ago. The apartment which is a 5 minutes walk to Temple Meads Train Station enjoys an abundance of attractions on its doorstep including the Harbourside, Cabot Circus and Park Street which all have an eclectic range of shops, bars, and restaurants. The kitchen is available for use, allowing guests to prepare meals and store groceries. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces with the owner or other guests. During your stay Most of the time I work from home and I can assist you, and also provide insight and suggestions about Bristol, things to visit, restaurants, etc... Otherwise you can text me and I will try to answer as soon as I can (work permitting). Other things to note - I consider myself a green person and very respectful of the environment. I kindly request that you be mindful of using water, heating and electricity. There are no specific limits, and I really want you to stay comfortable and warm but please do not leave the heating on overnight or for many hours, the room will be warm very quickly after switching on. Please don't leave lights on when not using it, and generally be respectful of the environment. - I kindly request guests maintain a respectful noise level, especially during late evenings and early mornings, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am. - Check-in and out times are noted on the rules. If you require any flexibility with these timings, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
