Ideal solution for families or couples of friends and for those who want to experience Rome in a "slow" way, but within walking distance of the center. The apartment consists of 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS and a kitchen. The space The apartment, completely renovated, consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed if necessary), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and is located on the first floor of a beautiful building. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a smart TV (32 "), a wardrobe, bedside tables and a desk with a chair. The added bonus of this apartment is the 2 bathrooms, both with windows. The smaller bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower with shower head and hand shower, toilet and Candy smart touch washing machine. The larger bathroom, finished with mosaic parts, consists of two sinks, two mirrors (ps: Daniele installed the sinks on a piece of furniture that was a chest of drawers), a large 100cm shower with chromotherapy, mosaic details, shower head and hand shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a table with chairs, a fridge with a freezer, a sink, a gas machine with an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine... and much more! We are located a few steps from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the first of the four major papal basilicas and the oldest and most important basilica in the West. Thanks to the excellent location of our apartment, it will be easy to reach all the main monuments and sites of interest, both by bus and metro. But it will be a pleasure to come home and relax in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is full of supermarkets, shops, and great restaurants.
