It does NOT have air conditioning. Guest access You have direct access to the pool, terrace, game room, and co-working area. The terrace may sometimes be rented by condominiums on weekdays, but it can be used without problem on weekends, and you can also use the Roofgarden. Other things to note * CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM * CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM * One parking space is available. * 24/7 surveillance inside the condominium. * Independent Arrival, Electronic Key to enter the apartment. * Oxxo and Little Caesars Pizza in front of the subdivision. * It has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. * It is MANDATORY to present Official Identification (Only adults) of each Guest in the Surveillance booth upon arrival. *Inside the apartment (on the kitchen counter) is a gray envelope with a couple of electronic cards for use of the amenities, and 4 orange reusable silicone bracelets, which you must wear when using the amenities. (It is mandatory by the administration) - If the cards are lost, there is a cost of $450.00 - If any of the bracelets are lost, it costs 200.00 each. * Trailers and vans with extra-long boxes, or high personnel transport vans, are NOT allowed, as they do not fit in the assigned parking space. * The availability of the pool is under the control of the condominium Administration, it is NOT the responsibility of AirbnB, as we have no control over it. Therefore, it may or may not be available on the days of your stay. (We disclaim that responsibility for any financial, civil, or legal complaint or claim) - Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
