The space Bed capacity of 6 bedrooms: Up to 25 pax, can be stretched to 30 pax if sofa bed from family area will be used. Bedrooms 1-5 are open: If booked / paid guests are 20 pax and less Bedrooms 1-6 are open: If booked / paid guests are 21 pax and more Room #6 is our Master Bedroom. For 20 pax and below, option to open the Master Bedroom is for fee of Php 4,500/night. Day guest fee is Php 500/pax and can stay up to 10pm. Staying beyond 10 pm is considered additional overnight guest. Pet fee is Php 500 per pet. Fur babies are not allowed on the bed, in the swimming pool, or in the cinema room. They are also required to wear diapers during their stay. This can be settled upon check-in. Airbnb’s maximum guest setting is up to 16 only. The base price is for 10 pax. Airbnb’s price detail automatically changes as the number of guests setting changes from 10 to 16 pax. If your group exceeds 16, an extra fee of Php 900 per person per night applies for the 17th and succeeding person. Day guests, those not staying overnight, are charged a fee of Php 500 per person. We also have a dishwasher but this requires assistance from our staff to avoid unnecessary inconvenience both to the host and to our guests. Our poolside bar is provided with wine glasses. It is also equipped with gas range (LPG provided). We also have a separate bbq grill and smoker. Our rooms have complete beddings, these are blankets, pillows and bedsheets. We have complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer and welcome fruit. Tableware, cookware, bathroom tissue, paper towel, new dishwashing sponge and dishwashing liquid are all provided. BATH TOWELS CAN BE REQUESTED UPON CHECK-IN. Shampoo, conditioner, bath soap as well as condiments are NOT provided. However, our team is on standby to assist you during your stay. They can buy things for you and your group (transportation fee is charged to the guest). They can even grill food for you. They are housed near the basketball court. The staff house has its own entry/exit and parking space to ensure privacy both for our guests and staff. We are one of the few listings who has standby commercial 35KVA generator.
