Sling TV, Roku, Prime video, Disney Plus (includes Hulu), guest would be responsible for other on demand or cable. The space This spacious suite offers a walkout basement, with a patio, sitting area with a great view, a well lit private entrance with a security camera, a kitchenette, dining area, pool table, two bedrooms, one full bath, living room with a futon, two TV’s, side street parking with a walkway to the patio entrance. The suite is separate with its own entrance from the rest of the house with a private entrance and a smart lock. The patio entrance is fenced with seating and a view of the backyard landscape. A nice retreat for your morning coffee, bird watching, or just to enjoy the outdoors. The inside accommodates sleeping for 6, the living room w/ a futon, four recliners, 50”TV, a desk, high speed internet, Sling TV, Roku, Prime video, Disney plus and more, other on demand and cable will be purchased by the guest, one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin bunk beds and two wardrobe closets, second bedroom with two twin beds and 42” Roku TV, one full bath stocked with toiletries and towels, a rec area with a pool table, card table, wet bar with kitchenette accessories for cooking, coffee maker, utensils, microwave/air fryer/oven, pantry, two refrigerators and a separate dining table for 6. The sleeping accommodations were initially designed to accommodate travelers or short term guests. Long term guests will be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Suite, Patio, removal of trash, utilizing laundry services (ZIP cleaners info included in the Airbnb manual) until washer and dryer is available onsite and the following of Airbnb guidelines as stated online, in the manual and/or in the lease as applicable. We look forward to your inquiry! ☺️🙏🏻 Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the basement, walkout patio, backyard and street parking. Backyard is not fenced at this time and do not recommend hiking into the woods and/or to the creek. We do have lots of wildlife preserved, including deer, rabbits, ground hogs, occasional fox, turtles, cardinals, blue jays, etc., hence the fenced patio. However, the Laurel Town Centre and Cinema Theater is in walking distance. Laurel Lake with paddle boats and picnic areas is right across from the Town Centre. There are variety of restaurants, shops and grocery stores within just a few minutes of the community, ZIPS laundry services are just a mile away and Laurel UM hospital is right across the street in case of emergencies. Other things to note The spacious walkout suite is well kept and cleaned after every stay. There are two air purifiers and a dehumidifier to keep the air fresh and clean throughout the suite for our guests. Considering we are backed to the woods, we have eco friendly pest control to make sure the basement is insect free. One bedroom sleeps 4 guests, the second bedroom sleeps 2 guests, however, the living room futon also sleeps one to two. Considering, there is only one full bath, 4-6 guests for shorter stays and up to 4 guests for long term leases. Laundry services and dry cleaning services by Zips just a mile away. (In unit washer and dryer coming soon-TBA). The kitchenette has small appliances for low voltage cooking and has the capacity for light cooking on a couple of appliances at a time. You must use the exhaust fan and dehumidifier while cooking and cooking is only permitted in the kitchenette area. Thank you. For long term stays, Airbnb cleaning fees will be adjusted to apply to the last month of the lease. Guests are charged monthly by Airbnb and sign an Airbnb lease via email.
