"La Maison du Parc de Chambord" Gîte

Hello, we offer this charming townhouse completely renovated to come and visit our beautiful region of Loir et Cher. The gîte is located in MER, close to the city center and the train station. The land is below the house, along a stream and a large wooded park. This small town with all amenities is well located: Loire bike path 5 min, 10 min from CHAMBORD, 5 min from the banks of the Loire, 20 min from Blois, 1 hour from Beauval Zoo. The space The front door opens onto the large fully equipped kitchen, a small room with a toilet and the washing machine. Then you go down 4 steps and you arrive in the dining/living room with stone walls and exposed beams. Then you take the stairs to access a large bedroom with master suite equipped with a 140 cm bed with a trundle bed (2 mattresses) with its bathroom and a toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed accompanied by a second bathroom. Living area: 105 m2. Other things to note In case I can't welcome you or if you arrive late, a lockbox is hidden outside the cottage, you will be able to check into the cottage independently.
