Townhouse with a terrace

Our house is ideally located in the heart of a friendly little peaceful village in the Southwest, 20 minutes from Toulouse. You can enjoy our terrace which offers an unobstructed view and take nice walks on the banks of the river (Ariège), a stone's throw from our home! This house is ideal for a couple with or without children, possibility of installing a baby cot on request. We have animals: a cat (very gentle), a garden turtle and a fish... The space Our house has: - a kitchen open to the living room below, - a living room with a view of the courtyard, - a master bedroom with a queen size bed upstairs, - an upstairs office that also serves as a guest room with a bench that converts into a comfortable double bed that can accommodate a couple, - an upstairs children's bedroom with a small single bed, - a bathroom upstairs (with shower and bathtub), - 2 powder rooms (1 on each floor), - a terrace and a small courtyard with a fairly unobstructed view, including barbecue and plancha. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, as we leave it to the care of guests, with a simple instruction: leave the accommodation as you found it :) We ask that you don't mistreat our dear little animals ;)
