Ballarat's Delacombe town centre is a 12 minute drive & Ballarat city is just a 20 minute drive. The space Peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by the sounds of nature and wildlife. Other things to note OFF GRID: To make your escape to the country extra unique, we are completely off grid so during the days when we don't get much sun, our generator will start up to make sure you that have plenty of power. INCINERATING TOILET: This also means we have an eco friendly incinerating toilet. They are very easy to use; instructions will be sent upon booking and there are also instructions at the property. HEATING/COOLING: We have split system heater and Air Conditioner, outdoor gas heater on the deck, portable fan & misting fan to use on the deck. BEDS: Please also note that the single beds are SMALL and are designed for children or small adults (around 5'2").
