Cozy Coastal Cabin - Oceanfront Sunshine Coast

Picturesque oceanfront cabin nestled away on the Sunshine Coast of BC. Amazing ocean views with easy access to kayaking, hikes, mountain biking, paddle boarding. The cabin is the perfect place to escape and relax. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck and hot tub. The property includes a waterfront picnic area, boat launch and fire pit which are perfect for enjoying the scenery year round. The fireplace and tongue and groove cedar interiors offer cozy vibes for the cooler days. The space *** WE'RE BACK! after a little over 10 month pause on Airbnb we've opened up bookings again. New pictures coming, we've painted the exterior and we have some updates to the interior planned this winter. The cabin is an original two storey rounded A-frame with vaulted ceilings and a modern twist. It is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to all the necessary amenities. Guests will enjoy a brand new temperature controlled propane fireplace, smart LED mood lighting, high speed internet (works well for video conference calls for your working holiday!), plants (at least the ones we can keep alive), as well as Netflix, Crave, and Prime and Disney+. The brand new entertaining deck has a sunken hot tub with frameless glass railings to enjoy the expansive view. On low tide you can collect oysters from the river mouth a short walk from the cabin (oyster shucker provided!). The local seal community will greet you and escort you on waterfront walks. There are eagles that nest nearby and are seen daily. If you're lucky you might even catch a pod of porpoises, sea lions, or orcas! The space is suitable for 4 adults/children or 4 adults and 2 small children. The cabin is in a forest and ocean setting, there are many wildlife you will see and hear, including bears, dear, eagles, bats, seals, sea lions. This is a beautiful part of being in the wild. Guest access You will have the entire cabin to yourselves including a deck with amazing oceanfront views. The grassy area near the waterfront and boat launch is shared with the neighbours (but rarely used by anyone else!).
