Fully renovated house on the banks of the Allier

Pleasant house that can accommodate from 6 to 14 travelers in the place called "Tissonnières" by the river Allier near a pretty village of 1,200 souls (Joze) Extra charge of €25 per person beyond 6 in the basic rate Stay for green tourism enthusiasts with the banks of the Allier Kayaking activities, hiking or biking because there is no shortage of country roads! Close to important sites that make up the charm of Auvergne (Clermont-Fd, Vichy, Vulcania, La Chain des Puys...) The space The house is located at the end of the village at the place called "Tissonnières" with the possibility of parking without any problems. There is a closed courtyard in front of which is common with another house (which is occupied only a few days a year). Everything is provided for your comfort with complete equipment in every room. It is equipped with internet and connected 4K TVs. On the ground floor: - a new equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic glass plate, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, Nespresso press). - one bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. - a large living room in 2 parts that can be separated for the night by a blackout curtain to create 4 more beds thanks to the 2 sofa beds present. In the 1st part of the living room there is a sofa bed, a large 4K screen and a table for meals, in the 2nd part there is a pellet stove, a sofa bed and various modular armchairs between the 2 parts. Upstairs: 1 landing distributing the 3 bedrooms and the shower room with toilet. - 2 bedrooms with in each a bed 160cm and storage. - 1 bedroom "dormitory" with 2 times 2 bunk beds (sleeping 140cm at the bottom and 90cm at the top). - 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with connected TV and reversible air conditioning. For large groups or large families we can add 2 extra beds of 80cm (convenient beds). The whole house is equipped with new bedding and all linen is provided (sheets, towels, gloves and kitchen linen). Bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel dispensers. On request we can provide you with a baby bed as well as a high chair, baby trotte, deckchair, changing mattress, bathtub and everything you need (even the appropriate dishes). Small relaxation area in the courtyard with plancha, table and relaxation chairs. Ability to lend bikes at no extra cost depending on availability. To make picnics along the banks of the Allier, 5 minutes from the house on foot, provision of a transport cart and all the necessary equipment ( throw blankets, cooler, sun loungers etc...) Guest access The apartment is for private use by tenants Only the courtyard can be crossed by the owners of the house opposite but present only a few days a year Other things to note Entire home can accommodate from 6 to 14 guests as we have 8 beds (including 2 sofa beds) The additional price is 25€/person beyond 6 people.
