Fully renovated house on the banks of the Allier

Pleasant house that can accommodate 6 to 14 guests in the place called "Tissonnières" by the Allier River near a pretty village of 1,200 souls (Joze) Extra charge of €25 per person beyond 6 in the base rate Stay for green tourism enthusiasts with the banks of the Allier Kayaking, hiking or biking activities because there are plenty of country roads! Close to the important sites that make the charm of Auvergne (Clermont-Fd, Vichy, Vulcania, the Chaîne des Puys...) The space The house is located at the end of the village at the place called "Tissonnières" with the possibility of parking without any problem. There is a closed courtyard in front that is shared with another house (which is only occupied a few days a year). Everything is provided for your comfort with full equipment in every room. It is equipped with internet and connected 4K televisions. On the ground floor: - a new equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, Nespresso). - a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. - a large living room in 2 parts that can be separated for the night by a blackout curtain to create 4 more beds thanks to the 2 sofa beds present. In the 1st part of the living room there is a sofa bed, a large 4K screen and a table for meals, in the 2nd part there is a pellet stove, a sofa bed and various modular armchairs between the 2 parts. Upstairs: 1 landing distributing the 3 bedrooms and the shower room with toilet. - 2 bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed and storage. - 1 "dormitory" bedroom with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds (140 cm bed at the bottom and 90 cm at the top). - 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with connected TVs and reversible air conditioning. For large groups or large families we can add 2 extra beds of 80 cm (convenient beds). The whole house is equipped with new bedding and all linens are provided (sheets, towels, gloves and kitchen towels). Bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel dispensers. On request we can provide you with a baby bed as well as a high chair, baby walker, baby bouncer, changing mat, bathtub and everything you need (even suitable dishes). Small seating area in the courtyard with plancha, table and relaxation armchairs. Possibility to lend bicycles without extra charge depending on availability. To make picnics on the banks of the Allier, 5 minutes from the house on foot, provision of a transport cart and all the necessary equipment (blanket, cooler, sun loungers etc...) Guest access The accommodation is for the private use of tenants Only the courtyard can be crossed by the owners of the house opposite, but they are only present a few days a year Other things to note Entire accommodation that can accommodate 6 to 14 guests as we have 8 beds (including 2 sofa beds) The additional fee is €25/person beyond 6 people.
