A luxurious modern apartment of 50 sq.m. which can accommodate up to 2 people, is located in the green Vouliagmeni and offers a quiet escape from the intense Athenian life. The comfortable spaces and the large terrace offer moments of tranquility and relaxation day and night. It is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home while you are on vacation. Finally, the apartment is on the 1st floor of the apartment building. The space Clean, minimalist design with a large relaxing balcony with a beautiful view of the garden, a comfortable living room with a large corner sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, a dining room and a large bedroom with a double bed. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The modern kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator. Guest access The entire apartment is available for our guests. Other things to note 1. An electric water heater ensures that you have hot water. Just go to the fuse box and lift the switch for the water heater. It takes 20 minutes to fill a hot bath - just remember to turn off the water heater before using it for safety reasons. 2. The TV is smart and you can use it to log in to your Netflix account. There are also local channels and cosmote tv available. 3. A pair of keys is provided to our guests. 4.
