"La Benaise" House, relaxation in the countryside

Fancy a relaxing stay, telecommuting in the countryside? This 90 m2 house in the heart of the countryside allows everyone to relax, including your pets, thanks to its generous green spaces (unfenced) and its quiet environment. It offers all the comforts to facilitate your stay (Wi-Fi and fiber optic, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, barbecue...). The little extras: your host practices traditional Chinese energy and the outdoor spa between June and September. The space Did you know? "Benaise" means in Charentais patois "to be very comfortable". The living room of the house is about 50 m². It includes a living room area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. To facilitate your arrival and installation you will find basic products such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sponge, dishwashing product, a few dishwasher pods, children's dishes, toilet paper, towels... There are 2 bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The little extra: the single beds can be brought together on request to form a king size bed and accommodate a couple. There is an additional queen size bed thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Please don't hesitate to let us know about your pets. They'll appreciate being able to frolic in the countryside. We can provide bowls to lighten your trip. There is a terrace attached to the house (visible in the photos). In fine weather, it is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub (June to September). The park is not fenced. Only your hosts live in this hamlet (at the entrance). It is therefore very quiet. Guest access During your stay, the house, terrace, garage and its adjacent green spaces are dedicated to you. In front of the house there are old cellars. From time to time you may meet your hosts going there or their very sociable and kind dog. Other things to note Want to telecommute in a green and quiet setting in the heart of the countryside? La Benaise is equipped with fiber optic internet and an open desk in the living room. Contact your hosts to book your trip. The house is not equipped with air conditioning. In the middle of summer we close the shutters and we advise you to do the same during your stay in order to maintain a pleasant temperature in the house. We provide you with a fan in the living room.
