2 beautifully presented studio style adjacent rooms, with en-suites and their own private entrances. One of the rooms offers a kitchenette and both have their own sitting room area and designated work spaces, with access to our garden and patio. Just a 5 minute walk takes you to the thriving suburb of Mapperley with excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. A short bus ride takes you to the city centre (12 mins by car). The countryside is just on the doorstep too - there’s something for everyone! The space Our Airbnb is quiet, clean, private and modern. Our home is on 3 floors. We live on the top and middle floors and the Airbnb is on the ground floor. Guest have sole access and there are no shared spaces other than the patio. Guest access Both rooms are on the ground floor of our house facing the garden, down a set of steps. They are both self contained, with their own entrances and guests have sole use of the listing. The only shared space is the garden. There is no access to the main house. We have a self check in key box but we are almost always available too, if guests need to speak to us in person.
