It's a nice space, with a small patio in front of the house where there are chairs to rest. plants, flowers and a small garden. Inside the house the spaces are well distributed to cover each of the needs. Everything is perfectly equipped. Throughout the house you can appreciate the Oaxacan touch as there is a variety of handicrafts from different regions of the state. Safe areas for children. A good-sized extra room that is used as an office or study room. It also has a small covered backyard and an outdoor area (zotehuela) intended for pets and their containers. Right there is a washing machine (free) with a centrifuge so that the clothes come out damp and putting them in the external clotheslines or portable under a roof, it will finish drying, in that same space there is a laundry room, a small pool to store water, utensils and cleaning supplies. A grill that can be used to roast meat or prepare some delicious tlayudas. Guest access In the accommodation, all spaces are available except for a small storage room located under the stairs. In the middle bathroom, we keep maintenance and cleaning utensils for the accommodation. For the safety of all our guests, we keep that area safe, closed and with a lock. Other things to note Thinking of the little ones and people who need supervision and support to go up and down stairs, a small door was installed as a safety barrier. Also, in each bedroom there are fans installed on the wall and in the office there is a pedestal fan. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and plastic dishes for the little ones if they wish. The refrigerator has enough space to store food, and a freezer that can easily fit an ice pack. The stove has 4 burners and a small functional oven. An extractor hood to absorb smoke or grease when cooking. There are also some spice jars in case you like to season the stews. In the house's top part, next to the bedrooms, there is a large independent room that was adapted as a work area or office. Inside, there is a bookcase-type piece of furniture with enough space to install a computer, books, and everything you need to work as if you were in your own office. On the desk there is a small lamp and a regulator that is suggested to use to avoid electric shocks. Inside the medicine cabinet, you will find extra pillows, blankets, towels, and toilet paper, as well as first aid items (gauze, bandages, alcohol, cotton, etc.) Each closet has enough space and hangers for storing clothes. An ironing rack. On the dresser in the master bedroom, there is a small hair dryer and an iron.
