Settle in and feel at home! Our little house is simple and cozy, a refuge in the middle of the city. Located on a quiet but very central street in the Floresta neighborhood, close to the Center, next to the culture and bohemian Santa Tereza neighborhood. The east side has been gaining a lot of prominence with the gastronomic and cultural scenes! There are 2 bedrooms with double beds with bedding, a bathroom, dining room, full kitchen, balcony and a backyard full of plants! The space Simple house with the essentials: the bedrooms have no curtains, the living room has carpets, pillows, a bench and TV. There are chairs scattered around the house and a 2-seater table in the pantry. Other things to note For the delivery of the property, you have two options regarding cleaning: either the guest is responsible or pays a fee at the end of the stay. As it is also a residential neighborhood, please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
