Local shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk, City Centre & Capitol Hill 5 minute drive away! There are a number of good cafés and restaurants close by too. The space This modern 1 bedroomed guest house with a comfortable queen size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and wardrobes. It can be converted to a two bedroomed space for an extra charge . Amenities include a shower/ toilet, fully equipped kitchen and smart TV, Wifi and DSTV, small private garden area and designated parking space. Guest access The space is one of two adjacent units and guests have entire unit space to themselves. Other things to note 1. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. 2. Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the unit . A cleaning service may be requested at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Long Term stays of over 28 days are eligible for a weekly clean performed on Sundays only. 3. We will require at least 2 hours to perform the cleaning or the refreshment service. 4. Please make sure to secure windows and doors when you leave for the day. In the event that you left windows/door open after 18:30 please inform the host so that the unit may be secured. Please note: The host has the right to enter the unit without your permission to secure the windows and/doors after 18:30
