The space The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace. It is located on the second floor and there is an elevator. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a full-size bed. The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials (oil, salt and pepper), dishes, cutlery, plates and glasses. There is a pod espresso machine, electric kettle, oven and electric toaster. Other things to note From March 15 to October 15, the Municipality of Grosseto requires a tourist tax of €1 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights (from the eighth day onwards, nothing is due).
