We live in a safe neighbourhood, in a home which backs onto a forest. Walking distance to a train station and a very large mall. You will have two private bedrooms, your OWN bathroom and full kitchen, 3 fireplaces, internet & HOT TUB! Separate entrance. No parties. No instant booking. We screen our guests as we live upstairs with our kids. The space You and your guests will have access to our spacious and bright basement apartment which has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with two beds in each. Each room has its own fireplace and the living room has a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Crave and Amazon Prime. The living room also has a chair that converts into a single bed, if you wish to use this space as a third bedroom at night. The home has central A/C and heat. You will have your own separate entrance. We live upstairs with two older kids and you will hear us during the day. There will be no noise during the night. The Town of Newmarket automatically charges a 4% accommodation tax on every booking. Guest access You will have access to a beautiful and spacious 4 person outdoor hot tub. No hot tub use after 11pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends (Friday & Saturday nights). No alcohol or glass permitted in hot tub. You may also use the trampoline. Other things to note If you are looking for a place to party, please scroll past this listing. We are a family with children and although you may not see us, we live in the same home that you will be staying in. Our space is NOT child-proof. Children are welcome (no infants), however parents will need to help kids be cautious.
