Maximum 6 total guests The space The house, a beautiful villa with a traditional and modern design at the same time, is located on a private 900 m2 estate, on the Camino de Santiago (Camino de la Costa), in the rural center of Toriello, a quiet and charming area between the Sierra del Cuera and the Cantabrian Sea. It has a strategic location, as it is very close to the most important tourist centers of the Principality: Ribadesella, Llanes and Cangas de Onis. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with the necessary furniture for a comfortable stay and large windows that make them very bright and allow us to enjoy the views of the surroundings. The living room, under a wooden gable roof, is spacious and comfortable with the kitchen integrated into it and direct exit to the porch through a three-leaf glass sliding door. It has a sofa with a chaise lounge, convertible into a double bed and a 32" smartTV The bathroom, with a window to the outside, has a large shower stall with glass separation and indirect LED lighting. It has a hairdryer, sink and mirror. From the porch, integrated under the same roof of the house and facing south, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Cuera and the surrounding rural environment. Equipped with an area with a dining table and another area with relaxing sofas and a coffee table. Parking for 2 or 3 vehicles is possible on the plot itself and also outside. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal except for the facilities room and the tool shed. Other things to note The house is green, meaning it generates all its energy from photovoltaic panels and stores it in lithium batteries.
