Maximum 6 total guests The space The house, a beautiful villa with traditional and modern design at the same time , is located in a private estate of 900 m2, on the same Camino de Santiago (Coast Road), in the rural core of Toriello, a quiet and charming area between the Sierra del Cuera and the Cantabrian Sea. It has a strategic location, being within walking distance of the most important tourist resorts of the Principality: Ribadesella, Llanes and Cangas de Onis. It consists of a room with double bed and another with two single beds both with the necessary furniture for a comfortable stay and large windows that make them very bright and allow us to enjoy the views of the environment. The living room, under a two-water wooden deck, is spacious and comfortable with the kitchen integrated into it and direct exit to the porch through a three-leaf glass sliding door. It has a sofa with chaiselounge, convertible into a double bed and a 32"smartTV The bathroom, with a window to the outside, has a large shower cabin with glass separation and indirect LED lighting. It has a hair dryer, sink and mirror. From the porch, built into the same deck of the house and facing south, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Spoon and the adjoining rural setting. Equipped with an area with dining table and another area with relaxing sofas and table. Parking, for 2 or 3 vehicles, is possible on the plot itself and also outside. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal except for the room of facilities and the lounge cabin. Other things to note The house is green, that is, it generates all its energy from photovoltaic panels and stores it on Lithium batteries.
