The property also has a large saltwater pool for the exclusive use of the guests of the Residence, concierge service and free private parking. The space The house consists of a bright living area with a wonderful sea view, and has a terrace with a sea view ready to take your breath away and leave you speechless. The living room has comfortable sofas for relaxing, which can be converted into additional beds, and a dining table. On the right, you can access the comfortable fully equipped kitchen that has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, various utensils, and a dining table. This area opens onto a large veranda, from which you can enjoy a fabulous view of the sea and all of Porto Cervo, and the private beach that is a few meters away, and has an outdoor dining table for pleasant outdoor meals and a seating area to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation with loved ones. Through a path in typical Sardinian terracotta, you arrive at the enchanting private white sand beach bathed by the crystal clear sea of Porto Cervo. The distance between the house and the beach is about 20 meters, in less than a minute you can go from the living room to the private beach. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a beautiful view of the pool and a second comfortable and bright double bedroom with an additional 2 single bunk beds with a view of the sea on one side and the pool on the other, for a total of 6 beds. For younger guests, we can provide a crib and high chair upon request. Each room has a private bathroom (for a total of two bathrooms) and has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The house is equipped with sheets and sets of towels for each guest (face, shower and bidet). The house is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. All the necessary services such as markets, restaurants, cafes, hairdressers, etc. are available nearby. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and is therefore ideal for families and groups of friends and is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
