Our one bedroom farm stay, designed in Italian country farm style, offers a luxurious en-suite bathroom and lounge area, and a combustion wood fireplace which was the original kitchen oven, and compact designer kitchenette. The space Dating back to 1877, Rosedale Farm is a restored estate located just 7 kilometres from Orange in the central tablelands of New South Wales. Guest access Guests will have access to Farm Stay One and the surrounding gardens and property on the Rosedale Estate. Other things to note - Check-in is at 2:00pm and checkout is at 11:00am. - Farm Stay 1 sleeps two people max, so please no additional visitors. - We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets. - No smoking, drugs, or illegal activities. We also have a strict no party policy. - There are security cameras located on the property. - Parking is available onsite. - Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Rosedale Farm. - Continental breakfast is included in the stay for two people.
