This large detached house has a large wooded garden of 2,400 m² that will delight young and old. Ideally located in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, you will have access to many leisure activities: La Tour d'Auvergne lake, Tauves village, Bourboule spa, Mont-Dore ski resort, climbing on the cliffs of St Sauves (5c to 8b+), many fishing sites...
