Beautiful colonial house located in the historic center of Cartagena de Indias. Ideal to live the experience of a historic colonial place, with walls and details that have much to tell. The space The house can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, all rooms have air conditioning, fan, safe, cable TV, private bathroom with hot shower, amenities, Wi-Fi connection. On the first floor there is a large living room with high ceilings and wooden beams. The layout of the house is developed around the tropical garden and the large swimming pool. Part of the soul of the house is the tropical garden and the pool, so the house is around these two spaces. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with king size bed and private bathroom, and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, we also find a courtesy bathroom. On the walls are left to view the changes in texture that denote the stages of construction of the house, details that highlight the history of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, dining table by the pool, lounge with sun loungers. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with queen size bed, private bathroom, cable TV, fan, air conditioning and safe. Guest access The house is private, so only my guests will make use of it. Other things to note The house offers its guests an employee to prepare breakfast (food not included) and daily cleaning and the possibility of hiring a cook service at an extra charge. No one who is not part of the initial group is allowed in the house. IMPORTANT: All citizens of Colombian nationality, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in from January 1, 2023. Foreigners with a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. If you share a room with one person who is subject to the tax and another is exempt, the tax can be applied to the entire room.
