The space We have a World of Leisure pool table, a Joola regulation-sized ping pong table, an electric foosball table and a small home gym with two treadmills, two exercise bikes, a Bowflex Exceed all-in-one, and an array free weights. Guest access We will send a picture of the entrance to our driveway the afternoon of your check-in. Please note for pool heating in the winter months (December 1st until April 1st, there is an additional fee of $300 for up to 24 hours of pool heating. From April 1st until November 30th, the pool heating fee is $250 for up to 18 hours of pool heating. Most guests find it is not necessary to heat the pool in the summer months as the pool temperature range is 78 to 84 degrees during peak use times.
