With family or friends, come and disconnect in the heart of Burgundy in this old bar. Everyone will find their place in this large house: to concoct dishes in the large kitchen, make a cocktail at the bar, read a book by the fire or have fun in the game room. There is no garden but we provide a plot of land with a small pond 10 minutes away on foot. 5 min to Toucy and its shops. Note: in the heart of a hamlet with neighbors, so not suitable for parties. The space The house is composed of: - On the ground floor: a kitchen equipped with a bar area, a living room, two bathrooms, one with a toilet, a separate toilet and a dormitory room with 3 bunk beds. - On the 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms, one with a baby bed and a large playroom. Other things to note Bed linen option: €15 per person. Beds made on arrival + 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Introduction to oenology: On reservation, it may be possible to bring in a service provider who offers introductory oenology evenings. Wellness: On reservation, it may be possible to bring in a service provider who offers yoga classes and massages.
