Relax in the garden area whilst having a meal or a cup of coffee, experience tranquility and listen to the chirping of birds in a lush garden setting. Our home is one of 4 homes within a private secure estate. Clifton's 4 beautiful beaches are a short walk down Clifton Steps which are opposite the house. The space Studio flatlet with small kitchenette equipped with the necessary utensils and crockery. Flat is 5 minutes away from the shopping and restaurants in Camps Bay and Sea Point. Enjoy the private use of a large patio & garden area as well as the use of the owners pool. Sleeping arrangements can be either 2 single or one king size bed. Guest access Guests have the use of parking, and a garden area for their own use.
