I designed the space to be a tranquil and stylish setting for a modern life, and I am committed to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in London. The entire apartment is on the ground floor in South West London: 2 min to Tooting Railway Station (to Wimbledon in 10 min), 10 minutes to walk to Tooting Broadway Underground (with the northern line & Victoria Line, you can reach Oxford Circus or Central London in 30 min), and numerous buses to various destinations in London. The space The main entrance leads to a bright hallway with contemporary artwork on the walls. The first bedroom is located on the left side of the hallway and features a custom-made wooden double bed, 2 spacious wardrobes with drawers and a cupboard inside. A modern and minimalist gas fireplace is situated in the room's centre. Each guest can enjoy their own bedside table from a Middle-Century style, complete with a drawer for storing personal items. After a hidden door, a newly renovated shower and a concealed toilet are located opposite the first bedroom. Walking along again to the left, you enter the master bedroom, which features a double bed with a wooden bed frame, 2 nightstands, and a custom-designed, modern-lit wardrobe. This second bedroom can be arranged for month-long stays and serves as an office; desk and study area are included. On the way to the kitchen there is washing machine and dryer hidden with the cupboard. Next, you see open-plan living room and kitchen. There is a comfy sofa-bed with pink fluffy blanket and stylish oval coffee table. After a long day of sightseeing or business our specious living area welcome you to relax watching TV, playing game boards or reading the books. Additionally with the self-catering kitchen you can prepare own dishes and dine around oak table for up to 6 guests being seating on 6 luxury modern crafted chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, oven, plates, mugs, glasses, knifes, saucepans, cutlery, bowls and cooking utensils. That give you more freedom over the meal and amount of drink preparation than with the hotel certain serving time. However, if you do not want the hassle with the cooking ceremonial there is plenty convenient and trendy restaurants with 5 minutes going out distance. Guest access Beautiful private garden with decking and seating is surrounded by wooden fence, plants and lovely birds singing all day long. Other things to note The property is cleaned and is set up to welcome you with remote access. The floor is wooden herringbone apart of the bathroom and shower having ceramic tails, this is why please take extra care with any flat damage. An refundable damage deposit of £600 is mandatory and should be paid via card and upon check-in. We inspect the property after you check-out; if there is no damage we refund the deposit within 7 days via bank transfer. The property is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board and the vacuum cleaner, baby travel coat. All essential linen and towels are provided however if you required extra or unexpected service it can be arrange upon additional charge. Parking can be arrange at an additional fee ahead of your stay, otherwise pay and display parking on the front of the property is available Monday to Saturday. *Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so the local council.
