House with garden/parking in the city center

Welcome to our cocoon, close to Bernay life and beautiful Norman villages. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the beaches are 35 minutes away! You will enjoy a comfortable house with 3 independent bedrooms and their double bed, a living room/dining room/equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks a south-facing garden with terrace and barbecue. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, no passage in front of the house, you can park in front of everything as well as on the ground if necessary. The space A few steps before entering the house. The ground floor consists of a 1st independent toilet with washer/dryer and hand-washing sink. Then an open living room with a lounge area (two 3-seater sofas each, coffee table and library with TV and DVD player, toys, DVDs and documentation on the region are available), a dining area (large farmhouse table for 8 people, a baby chair is available), a kitchen area with everything you need to cook, an island allowing 3 people to sit, dishwasher, small appliances available (microwave, toaster, Nespresso). Finally, overlooking the living area and window on the back garden: a bedroom with shower area and sink. The bench folds out to make a real double bed. The staircase overlooking the kitchen (closed by a door to isolate noise) leads to the floor with its two double bedrooms (new Emma bedding), they share a shower and bath room, double sink, and a separate toilet. All 3 bedrooms have shutters. A baby bed can be added in one of the double bedrooms. One upstairs room is closed for our personal belongings. The kitchen leads onto the terrace by a few steps, a large picnic table is available with a barbecue. The garden and terrace are south/west facing. In front of the house, garden space as well, along the house it is possible to park a car but as it is a cul-de-sac, everyone parks their car in front of their house. It's possible to maneuver easily. The house is located 8 minutes' walk from the train station, which allows you to reach Deauville/Trouville in 35 minutes and enjoy the great Normandy beaches without worrying about parking your car. Bernay is a pretty typical Norman town, with many shops, bakeries, restaurants, wine bar, Museum of Fine Arts, Abbey, municipal swimming pool with outdoor pool... and a superb food market on Saturday morning. Coulée Verte from Bernay to Broglie allowing a dive into the Norman landscapes. Bernay is also close to the coast by car: 50 minutes from Honfleur, 1 hour from Cabourg, Houlgate, Trouville/Deauville... and other Norman villages (Beaumont-le-Roger, Bec Hellouin, Broglie...) educational farms, summer recreation center, hiking...
