The house is in a gated community with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony and river. Comfortable! Close to the region's main waterfalls. Great place to walk around and rest. If you want to slow down and escape this crazy big city life, rent with confidence! The house is located in a gated community at the top of Serrinha do Alambarí, surrounded by nature and a lot of peace! Sound outside the house boundaries will not be allowed, pets are allowed according to the rules. As a convenience for guests, we offer some sheets and bath towels, but if you have any allergies, bring yours for greater comfort. You will have access inside the condominium to the waterfall, which is a very pleasant and beautiful place (about 500 meters of trails).
