Behind the house begins the wide Holsteiner Auenland with hiking trails, forests, nature parks. 30 km to Hamburg The space ● Large conservatory over two floors for relaxing, dining, celebrating and for all indoor activities. ● Modern renovated kitchen-dining-living room with wooden beam ceilings. ● Three bedrooms, each with a double bed on the upper floor with natural wood floors and ceilings. ● Fast fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi, suitable for home office. ● Two completely redesigned shower rooms, first floor and second floor. ● Fully equipped - everything new including two 4k OLED TVs, BT speakers, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washer-dryer, grill. Guest access The entire house, terrace with awning, three parking spaces, lawn, forest and stream are at the guests' disposal alone, washer-dryer and fast Wi-Fi too. Personal check-in by appointment, key safe for guests. Other things to note ● The rent of €180 per day is for house and yard for 4 people. For each additional person, there is an additional charge of €30 per day. Final cleaning €150. All this is calculated by Airbnb and is paid before arrival. ● Each guest will get a fully equipped sleeping place in one of the three non-separable double beds. Hand and bath towels are provided for each guest. That's also included in the rent. Towels can be washed and dried in the house at no cost. A change for longer stays, mishaps or on request is also possible. ● All utilities for electricity, water and gas are included in the rent. ● The only exception is consumption for charging at the guest wallbox (11 KW/h), which is billed via its own intermediate meter according to the local rate. Third-party use is technically excluded.
