The space ● Large winter garden over two floors for resting, dining, celebrating and all indoor activities. ● Modern renovated kitchen-dining area-living room with wooden beamed ceilings. ● Three bedrooms each with double beds on the upper floor with natural wooden floors and ceilings. ● Fast fiber optic internet with WLAN, suitable for home office. ● Two completely redesigned shower rooms, ground floor and first floor. ● Fully equipped - everything new including two OLED TVs 4k, BT speakers, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washer-dryer, grill. Guest access The entire house, terrace with awning, three parking spaces, lawn, forest and stream are available to guests alone, as well as a washer-dryer and fast WiFi. Personal check-in by appointment, key safe for guests. Other things to note ● The rent of €180 per day is for the house and yard for 4 people. For each additional person an additional €30 per day is added. Final cleaning € 150. Airbnb adds all of this up and is paid for before arrival. ● Each guest receives a fully equipped bed in one of the three non-separable double beds. There are hand and bath towels for each guest. This is also included in the rent. Towels can be washed and dried in the house at no cost; a change is also possible for longer stays, mishaps or on request. ● The additional costs for electricity, water, gas are included in the rent. ● The only exception to this is consumption for charging at the guest wallbox (11 KW/h), which is billed via its own intermediate meter according to the local tariff. Third-party use is technically impossible.
