The entrances are separate and the only shared space is the double-car garage. Guests are welcome to use the right-hand side of the garage and driveway. Please do not park on the left hand side. Guest access Enjoy our smart lock for easy check in. The backyard is exclusively designated for the downstairs tenants, yet you'll have the privilege of enjoying the private covered back patio as well as front and side yards. Both upstairs and downstairs units share the double car garage, and Airbnb guests are welcome to utilize the right-hand side of the garage and driveway for parking. Do not park on the left hand side of the garage or driveway. These spots are reserved for our long term tenants.
